Cancellation Policy
Normal Bookings
A cancellation fee of R500 will apply.
A full refund will be paid if the cancellation is made more than two (2) weeks prior to arrival, excluding long weekends, Easter, and December/January bookings.
A full refund will also be paid if we are able to secure another booking for the same dates in your place (less the R500 cancellation fee).
Long Weekends, Easter, December & January Bookings
A R500 cancellation fee applies.
A full refund will only be issued if we successfully obtain another booking for the same dates in your place (less the R500 cancellation fee).
